Responsibilities
- Accurately translate business documents (emails, reports, contracts) between English and Mandarin, and provide real-time interpretation during meetings/calls with Chinese stakeholders.
- Maintain bilingual databases (vendor contacts, regulatory files) and prepare confidential presentations/reports in both languages.
- Compile pre-meeting packs with translated materials and manage executive calendars.
- Coordinate international travel, visas, and logistics for executives and teams.
- Liaise with internal departments and external (Chinese) partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance standards for all bilingual documentation.
Requirements and Skills
- Native or professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- 2+ years in secretarial/administrative roles with translation experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
