Responsibilities
- Oversee flight operations, ground operations, maintenance, and engineering.
- Ensure compliance with PCAA regulations and international aviation standards.
- Drive operational KPIs: safety, on-time performance, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Lead operational readiness for route expansions and fleet growth.
- Manage relationships with PCAA, airports, and service providers.
- Build and lead high-performing operations teams.
- Implement safety management systems (SMS) and quality assurance programs.
- Preference will be given to candidates with cargo operations experience, particularly in international regions like the Gulf, Middle East, or Asia, and a proven track record of scaling operations from domestic to international.
Requirements and Skills
- 10-15 years of airline operations experience, with a minimum of 5 years of senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Aviation/Business preferred.
- Proven track record with PCAA regulatory environment and AOC operations.
- Experience managing multi-departmental operations teams.
Technical & Leadership
- Deep knowledge of PCAA regulations and ICAO standards.
- Expertise in fleet management, maintenance programs, and crew operations.
- Strong crisis management and decision-making capabilities.
- Budget management and P&L accountability.
- Excellent communication in English and Urdu.
