Responsibilities
- Execute all maintenance tasks in strict compliance with PCAA regulations, company procedures, and technical documentation.
- Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and testing of aircraft electrical and avionics systems, including but not limited to autopilot, communications, and navigation systems.
- Perform complex maintenance, repair, and modification tasks on aircraft electronics for the B737 family (CFM56-3 engines), ensuring all work meets the highest technical and safety standards.
- Diagnose and rectify defects reported from flight crews or uncovered during scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, with a focus on avionics and electrical systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inspections, repairs, parts used, and compliance statements.
- Liaise effectively with CAMO, airport operations, and flight operations to ensure efficient workflow and aircraft turnaround.
- Provide clear and concise technical debriefs to team leads and supervisors regarding work progress, critical findings, and any required follow-up actions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with regulatory authorities (PCAA) during audits or inspections, presenting documentation and work practices professionally.
- Stay updated on all technical documentation and regulatory changes pertinent to the B737 fleet and avionics systems.
Requirements and Skills
- High School Diploma/Certificate (twelve grades) and PCAA Valid Basic Aircraft License.
- A valid AML approved by PCAA (B2) category and must hold a B737 family endorsement with CFM 56-3 fitted engine.
- PCAA and regulatory compliance knowledge are mandatory.
- Strong analytical and computer skills.
- Minimum 03 years of certifying experience on B737 aircraft.
